FitFeast Secures Rs 5.5 Crore in Seed Funding After Shark Tank Boost

FitFeast, a digital-first nutrition brand, has secured Rs 5.5 crore in seed funding. The round was led by Inflection Point Ventures, with participation from Blume Ventures, Mumbai Angels, and other industry leaders. The startup, founded in 2021, offers protein-enriched food products and has gained national visibility after appearing on Shark Tank India.

Founded by former analytics professional Aditya Poddar, FitFeast offers a range of products including protein chips, dessert bars, smoothies, and nut butters. The startup has seen remarkable growth, selling over 10 million grams of protein and reporting a fivefold monthly growth rate. This growth can be attributed to the increasing awareness of protein's importance in daily nutrition in India, as noted by Vinay Bansal, founder of IPV.

FitFeast's appearance on Shark Tank India helped catalyze investor interest. Cricketing icons Shane Watson and Axar Patel have come onboard as investors and brand ambassadors. The startup's monthly revenues now exceed Rs 50 lakh, with distribution across multiple platforms and delivery to over 20,000 pin codes across India.

With the fresh funding, FitFeast plans to expand across D2C, marketplace, and quick commerce channels. The startup aims to hire leadership and innovate in localized protein formats. The growing demand for protein-rich products and FitFeast's unique offerings position the startup well for future growth and success.
