Gorno-Uralsky Residents Walk 10,000 Steps for Health
In the heart of the Sverdlovsk region, the town of Gorno-Uralsky recently hosted the All-Russian action '10,000 steps to life'. The event, aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle, drew in local residents, including the elderly, for a day filled with walking, sports, and discussions.

This event included preventive conversations and light gymnastics, held at the MBO 'Novyazbelevsky CK'.
Back in Gorno-Uralsky, the 'Aktionszentrum Regionales Gesundheitszentrum', established by the regional health department, played a significant role in the All-Russian action. Employees of the Visimsky cultural center and local clubs came together to walk 10,000 steps, setting a great example for the community. In Petrokamenskoye village, librarians and residents walked to Cheremshanka and back, pausing to enjoy tea and poetry along the way.
