ICAIKC organizes a blood donation event
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Kuwait Chapter (ICAIKC) recently hosted a commendable blood donation drive on June 28, 2025, at the Kuwait Central Blood Bank, Jabriya. The event, which aimed to support community health and well-being, saw enthusiastic participation from ICAIKC members, their families, and Starbucks Kuwait store partners.
The drive was inaugurated by CA Rohit Agarwal, Chairperson of ICAIKC, who emphasized the importance of such humanitarian efforts and thanked all donors for their selfless contributions. Over 50 participants came forward to support the cause, with approximately 30 successful blood donations recorded.
The annual sponsors of the ICAI Kuwait Chapter - NBK, Al Mulla Exchange, and Cube Innovators - were acknowledged for their enduring support. These sponsors have been instrumental in the chapter's initiatives, including the recent blood donation drive.
Naeem Heraki, District Manager of Starbucks Kuwait, provided invaluable support for the blood donation drive. The professional staff of the Kuwait Central Blood Bank facilitated a safe and well-organized experience during the event.
The presence of ICAIKC advisory members further reinforced the spirit of service and solidarity during the blood donation drive. CA Jatin Bagaria and the organizing team were acknowledged for their efforts in the event's successful execution.
