In Siberia's Krasnoyarsk region, establishments serving food continue inspections - monitoring of the products is being conducted using the Federal Specialized Information System (FSIS) Mercury. Over the past week, Rosrielhoznadzor has identified 10 violators who lacked veterinary documents for meat and other livestock products.

Over the past week, Roszhelhoznadzor, the Russian agency responsible for veterinary and phytosanitary surveillance, has detected ten violations related to the lack of veterinary documents for meat and other livestock products.

From March 17 to March 23, the following establishments were found to be lacking the necessary supporting documents: "Plov House" and "Hadzar" in Norilsk, Harat's pub and "Sh&Sh" in Krasnoyarsk, "Pelmennoiy Trapeza" in Kransoyarsk Airport, and "Voiazh" in Divnogorske.

Since the start of the year, a total of 75 establishments have been identified as violators. The offenders have been issued warnings to prevent future infringements.
