Axis Max Life Launches Comprehensive Mobile App for Simplified Insurance and Wellness Management

Axis Max Life Insurance, a joint venture between Max Financial Services Limited ("MFSL") and Axis Bank Limited, has unveiled a new mobile app designed to streamline life insurance management while promoting holistic wellness. The app, available for both Android and iOS devices, offers a range of features that cater to both insurance and health needs.

The Axis Max Life App features Mili Chat Bot for swift, accurate policy-related responses and a Wellness Bot for personalized health and wellness assistance. This AI integration is realized through the AI-enabled MILI bot, which provides quick answers to user queries and supports live chat, streamlining customer service and assistance.

Key features of the app include easy policy management such as raising service requests with real-time tracking, multiple payment options with customizable reminders, instant access to policy documents, detailed monitoring of fund performance, and seamless purchase of new policies with document uploads and application tracking directly via the app. It supports biometric quick login and voice search for policy options, enhancing user convenience.

The app's unique Wellness Benefit program offers complimentary health assessments, annual check-ups, 24x7 health support, personalized wellness plans, step tracking, vital monitoring, participation in fitness challenges, and discounts on doctor consultations, medicines, and lab tests. This linkage of insurance with proactive health management signifies a holistic approach to customer welfare.

As per the annual audited financials for FY2024-25, Axis Max Life has achieved a gross written premium of INR 33,223 Cr. The company has built its operations over two decades through a need-based sales process, a customer-centric approach, and trained human capital.
