Krasnodar Vets See Price Hike Amidst Service Boom
Veterinary services in the Krasnodar regions have seen a significant increase in recent months. Prices for various services have risen, with the maximum fee for a specialist visit now standing at 3000 rubles. This follows improvements in clinic facilities, equipment, and vet qualifications.
Over the past year, the number of veterinary services in the region has grown by 7-16%. The average cost of a clinical examination has risen by 7% over eight months, with the first therapeutic reception, including anamnesis collection, now averaging 600 rubles. Meanwhile, the cost of vaccinations has increased by 16.6% from January to August.
The rise in prices is attributed to the development of clinics and improved vet qualifications. Modern equipment, such as biochemistry, clinical blood analysis, and ultrasound diagnostics, is now commonly used in treatment. However, the choice of vaccines for animal vaccination remains limited, posing challenges for veterinarians.
Preventive check-ups for pets are now more common, with annual visits recommended for healthy pets and more frequent visits for those with chronic conditions. The maximum fee for a specialist visit in Krasnodar stands at 3000 rubles, reflecting the improved quality and range of veterinary services available in the region.
