Let's take a look at Love Wellness, a booming DTC vitamin and supplement brand popular for its gut and vaginal health products. They've just broadened their wholesale reach, placing six of their top-selling items in over 1,600 Walmart stores. These include fan-favorites like Sparkle Fiber, Bye Bye Bloat, Good Girl Probiotics, Gut Feelings Probiotics, The Killer, and Flora Power. On top of that, Walmart's website offers 14 Love Wellness products.

This marked the brand's third partnership with a major retailer in four years. Besides their online store, Love Wellness is also available at Target, Ulta, and Amazon.

In celebration of their retail expansion with Walmart, Love Wellness has planned "The Summer of Love Wellness" campaign. This event will be taking place in Austin, Texas, on July 20, and Nashville, Tennessee, on Sept. 9. The festivities include live music, gut-friendly drinks, barbecue, photo and video spots, and product samples.

As Lo Bosworth, Love Wellness founder, stated, "Our partnership with Walmart advances our mission to make quality, doctor-designed personal care products more accessible to the everyday woman." Having already sold over a million bottles of Good Girl Probiotics, Love Wellness aims to raise awareness about the importance of gut-vagina connection as more people discover their beloved gut and vaginal health solutions in-store.[1]

Founded in 2016 by Bosworth, a former reality television personality, Love Wellness kicked off as an online DTC brand. They made their way into retail outlets four years later, starting with Ulta and Amazon in 2019.[3] Today, Love Wellness products can be found in around 4,800 retail doors, including 1,300 Ulta stores, 1,900 Target locations, and all partners' websites.[4]

In March of this year, Maria Dempsey, a veteran from Clarins and Nest New York, was appointed as the new CEO of Love Wellness. She has taken over from Bosworth, who now serves as chairwoman of the board and is responsible for brand marketing, product development, and retail strategy.[4]

While Love Wellness hasn't officially confirmed a partnership with Walmart, their retail presence suggests a broader strategy.[3] Moreover, their events and campaigns strive to create engaging experiences for their audience, promoting brand loyalty and educating customers on their wellness philosophy.[2]
