This included being made to undress, and the doctor allegedly touching her breast, pressing against her buttocks when she bent over, and touching her genitals while she was lying on the treatment table.
Defense and Verdict:The doctor denies the allegations and, through his lawyer, demanded acquittal. Despite this, the court convicted the doctor of sexual assault and sentenced him to one year and six months in prison, suspended for three years. He was also ordered to pay a fine of 3000 euros to a charitable organization.
