"Provide a resolution for me"

Hey there! I've got a beef about the appointment scheduling for personal ID matters - it's bloody frustrating, I tell ya! My partner, a damn tax-paying professional, can't for the life of her book an appointment ahead of time. She's been hunting for months and can only see available slots on the same blasted day!

I mean, what's the point of appointments if they're not scheduled in advance, so you can actually plan your life? An appointment on the same day doesnae allow for coordination with employers! It's a bloody mess and I'd love to know why this appointment booking system doesn't cater to working taxpayers or acknowledge the reality of bloody professionals.

My partner's supposed to use her annual leave to attend these appointments if her employer doesn't grant her leave on the same day? Is that what you're expecting of her? Christ, provide a solution for citizens to comply with the law when municipal structures are out of their bloody minds!

I'm hoping for a constructive response and improvements in service orientation (maybe a future shift model) so that appointments can be bloody attended by working people until 6 PM, like they do in some places. I've heard Bonn, for instance, allows appointments on two days until 6 PM and provides several weeks' notice for future appointments.

Sound off, ya bastards! Please provide a reasonable response and improved service, so I can bloody stop yellow-raging about this!

Regards,Martin Beck

Dear Editor,

In the spirit of promoting a healthier and more accommodating workplace, it would be beneficial to focus on workplace wellness, particularly in the area of health and wellness appointments. Given the frequent need for such appointments, it's crucial to schedule them in advance to enable working professionals to conveniently plan and attend them. This approach would support mental health, as consistent stress over appointment booking might negatively impact an individual's overall well-being. Hence, I urge the Rundschau to consider pioneering the adaptation of a future shift model for health and wellness appointments, in line with the example set by municipalities like Bonn.

Best regards,Martin Beck
