In a recent study conducted by the analytical center KG PROGRESS, dental clinics in Russia have shown impressive results, with most cities recording an average rating of 4.0 and above. The ratings are based on user reviews of dental clinics in 35 Russian cities with a population over 500,000, reflecting not only the quality of treatment but also the convenience of booking, staff attitude, cleanliness, price transparency, and other important aspects of the visit.
The study, which analysed ratings given by patients themselves on popular digital platforms, reveals that St. Petersburg boasts the highest average rating of dental clinics in Russia at 4.5 out of 5. This is followed closely by several cities, including Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod, Rяzan, Kazan, and Saratov, all sharing the second place with an average rating of 4.4 out of 5.
Dmitry Solopov, the founder of KG PROGRESS, commented on the ratings, stating that they indicate a positive user experience and a stable level of trust in dental services in Russia. While the lowest ratings were recorded in Stavropol at 3.5 and in Makhachkala at 2.8, most other large cities, such as Yekaterinburg, Samara, Krasnodar, and Tyumen, have average ratings ranging from 4.1 to 4.3.
Relatively low indicators were also recorded in the Far East - in Khabarovsk, Vladivostok, and Irkutsk, with an average rating of 3.7. However, the factors contributing to the highest average rating of dental clinics in St. Petersburg, Russia generally include comprehensive and personalized care, advanced technology, patient comfort and anxiety reduction, accessibility and convenience, focus on outcome and confidence, and financial accommodation.
