In a series of events that have unfolded over the past few weeks, Kelley Wolf, the estranged wife of actor Scott Wolf, found herself in legal trouble.
On August 26, Kelley Wolf was arrested following a string of concerning social media activities. The charges against her were classified as domestic violence-related, stemming from an alleged violation of a protective order on Aug. 30. It is alleged that she attempted to contact her son through a friend's son, which was a clear breach of the order.
The charges against Kelley Wolf include one count of misdemeanor electronic communications harassment and two counts of misdemeanor electronic disclosure of personal identifying information. Her alleged behavior also violated a gag order restricting both parents from publicly discussing each other, their marriage, their divorce, or their children.
Following her arrest, Kelley Wolf spent two days in a Utah jail. Upon her release, she was placed under the condition that she would participate in inpatient or outpatient medical, behavioral, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.
Despite the legal proceedings, Kelley Wolf maintains that she has no record of drug or alcohol abuse and needs help with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), not addiction. She has expressed her intention to seek treatment and has plans to go to a different treatment center in Utah in November.

In a statement, Kelley Wolf asked the public to leave her alone, stating she is a 'mother.' She also threatened legal action against those who slander her family.

In a recent post on her Instagram Story, Kelley Wolf wrote that she is 'malnourished.' She has also claimed to have lost 30 pounds since Scott Wolf filed for divorce in June.
In a more controversial move, Kelley Wolf allegedly posted about her and Scott's children and referred to the actor as the 'most hated man on earth' before sharing his phone number.
